Import substitution and new drugs

One of the priority areas of DALHIMPHARM's activities is currently the implementation of import substitution projects for the localization of a full production cycle in Russia.

NEW PRODUCTS OF PRODUCTION

Loxoprofen is a new premium antipyretic analgesic. Loxoprofen is a generic of Loxonin, the most popular painkiller in Japan (INN loxoprofen), which combines speed and gentleness of action with high efficiency. Loxoprofen is a fast-acting analgesic drug with pronounced anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects, with virtually
no side effects.
Flexomitril is a new and only anti—inflammatory and antirheumatic drug in Russia with INN: Betamethasone+Hydroxocobalamin + Diclofenac.

In many countries of the world with this INN, drugs are used to treat intense inflammatory and painful processes requiring initial injectable combination therapy, especially for nerve damage.:

rheumatic diseases of joints
and extra-articular organs;
fibromyalgia;
myalgia (muscle pain),
lower back pain (pain in the lumbar spine);
cyathalgia (pain in the lower back, hip and leg);
cervicalgia or cervicobrachialgia
(pain in the neck or neck and arm);
polyradiculoneuropathies (neuralgia, radiculalgia — pain caused by inflammation or damage to the nerve);
injuries.
Lacosamide is an antiepileptic drug used to treat brain diseases accompanied by seizures, unusual behavior, and sometimes loss of consciousness (epilepsy).

As part of import substitution, DALHIMPHARM started producing Lacosamide (infusion solution) for the hospital and hospital sector in 2025, since until 2024, the only company supplying INN Lacosamide (infusion solution) to Russia was the Belgian company YUSB Pharma S.A.

Diamidazepam — production of a drug for anxiety, irritability and alcohol withdrawal syndrome has resumed.

It is used for treatment:

psychomotor agitation

conditions after prolonged use of alcoholic beverages.
